“ Me and a girlfriend wanted to try a new spot and we chose the downtown historic norcross. Dominick's just opened for the day and we popped in. The ambiance is very old school fine dining Italian. Israel was a kind and awesome waiter. He went above and beyond. They base their portions on more of a family size. Some half items you can share with 2 and the full you can share with 4-5. We got the lasagna and the cheesy bread and was STUFF. It was flavorful but a little too salty for me. Other than that it was great! I would be back to try more options. ”
“ Took my sweetheart here for his birthday which was his 1st time and he was in love with the service & the traditional Italian food. The ambiance gives family but is a nice restaurant for date night. The pasta was to die for and the Dominick's garlic bread OH MY. He wanted to try a cannoli and he is now in love. He wants to go back immediately ”
“ I came here the other night with family to try the food before booking Dominick's for my rehearsal dinner. This was our first time here, and it did not disappoint! The restaurant is super close to our venue, which is so convenient. The food was absolutely amazing--hands down some of the best I've had. The restaurant was spotless, and our server was incredibly attentive and friendly. I wish I remembered his name, but he was so helpful throughout our meal. The portions are huge! We started with the stuffed mushrooms and the Spedini bread as appetizers--both were delicious. For our entrees, we had the white bean and sausage pasta, shrimp scampi, and spaghetti with giant meatballs. Everything was perfect. I can't wait to come back for my rehearsal dinner. Dominick's exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for amazing food and great service! ”
“ Last evening, my wife, our two grown children, and I had another superb dinner at Dominick's. The good was delicious and service was attentive. Our waiter, Nestor, was very helpful. 5 stars! ”
“ Hubby and I have visited the Lawrenceville location and loved the food. So I decided to plan a surprise event for him. It was for OUR anniversary but I wanted to make it special for him - because I'm a piece of work. At any rate, at the Norcross location the service that I received from my initial phone call was one of the reasons I decided to move forward with having my event there. Tabitha, Robin and Ian addressed all 10,000 of my concerns! On the day of the event, Tabitha and Robin were so patient and understanding with the group of 50 plus people - although I know that all of the guests may not have always reciprocated. Although some of the meals were not as desired (including mine that I did not eat), the servers service is what made it a great experience! And after a conversation with Robin, it left me honoring her strength and tenacity! The constructive feedback I would offer is to speak to the bartender about her not so friendly demeanor. She came in towards the end and was not engaging at all. I asked for a lemon water to go and she gave me a plastic cup with water - no ice, no lemon, no straw, no lid. Ending on a positive note, the ladies rocked! ”
“ Never a disappointment, but we don't come here often enough for sure. I always get my old standby of chicken saltimbocca, but my husband tried the chicken portobello for the first time. He said it was a little bit sweeter of a marsala sauce, then regular, and really enjoyed it. We switched up the pasta side to Penne with a vodka sauce instead of the normal spaghetti with marinara. We order the full size because it always reheats very nicely. Our server, Tabitha was friendly and on top of it. The restaurant is always clean and kept up nice and the music is it just the right volume. People can talk, but not be overheard. We couldn't decide if we wanted a dessert or not, so we got a cannoli in a to go container in case we wanted to have a little bite. It is not the kind of cannoli I'm used to, but it is fresh and tasty. ”
“ I must admit- My wife and I didn't stumble upon Dominick's, we sought it out after watching a very popular "Strange" show on a well known streaming service. That said, however, it did NOT disappoint. There's no wonder why the fictional characters made such a fuss about it. We got there as soon as they opened and were greeted by our very friendly waiter, who quickly ushered us in to this cozy, romantic restaurant. From there, it just got better... the service was exceptional, the food was outstanding and the ambiance was incredible. Dominick's is perfectly suited for a fun family outing, the perfect first date, or a nice romantic date night out with your wife (or husband) of over 25 years. You might expect a meal like this to cost a few nights worth of overtime, too... but you'd be wrong. When the check arrived, I was pleasantly surprised. I don't know what will bring you to Norcross, GA... but whatever it is, no matter how Strange it may be... might I suggest you stop in and visit Enz... er... uh.. I mean, Dominick's. Oh yeah, the portions are big enough to share, so make sure you're hungry when you go. Also, I heard the breadsticks were good and they had a nice Chianti, but I suggest you try the lasagna and save room for the bindi bomba, instead. ”
